Process for Conference Participation
1st Step: Interested delegates are required to submit an abstract (strictly as per the attached template) of their presentation using the link before the due deadline.
2nd Step: The conference team will verify the quality of the abstract and accordingly the delegate would receive acceptance/rejection email from the team before the due deadline.
3rd Step: After receiving the acceptance email from the conference team, the delegate will have to pay the required fee (by UPI or online banking … details are to be mentioned) and then he/she is required to upload the full paper (strictly as per the attached template) along with the payment receipt using the link. The delegate must pay the fee as per his/her registration category. The delegates are encouraged to pay the fee and submit the full paper before 30th October 2024 to take the early registration discount.
Participation Process
Step 1: User registration and Abstract Submission
Interested delegates are interested to fill their personal details and upload their abstract (Strictly as per the attached template in MS doc format) of their presentation before the due deadline. (Download the Abstract Template)

Abstract submission guidelines
- The abstract should be submitted based on original research findings.
- It is sole responsibility of the authors to check plagiarism prior to abstract submission.
- The presenting author of the abstract should be properly indicated.
- During abstract submission fill all the details of presenting authors as mentioned in abstract submission portal.
- The abstract submission is only accepted through online submission (conference website) mode only. No personal email or any other way of communication will be entertained.
- The abstract should not be previously submitted, not under consideration in any other platform and should not be submitted to elsewhere unless a decision is made.
Abstract format guidelines
- Title (Times new roman, font size 14)
- Presenting Author1, Co-Authors2,* (Times new roman, font size 12)
- Department, Organization, Address, City, Country (Italic, Times new roman, font size 11)
- *Corresponding Author E-mail: (Times new roman, font size 10) (only one)
- ABSTRACT (Times new roman, font size 12) (Max. 500 words)

Step 2: Abstract Assessment and Acceptance
The conference team will verify the quality of the abstract and accordingly the delegates would receive an acceptance/rejection email with unique abstract id from the team before the due deadline.
Step 3: Fee Payment and Updating of transaction details
After receiving the abstract acceptance email from the conference team, the delegate will have to pay the required fee (by UPI or online banking). The QR Scanner for fee payment and online banking details are given below. (Download the Fee payment details PDF).
The delegates must pay the fee as per their registration category. The delegates are encouraged to pay the fee before 5th November 2025 to take the early registration discount.

Step 4: Full Paper Submission
After successful verification of the fee payment, the conference team will send an email to the respective delegates with an embedded link for full paper submission. The delegate is required to upload the full paper strictly as per the attached template using the embedded link.
